Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-01. In brief: there are no user accounts, no wallet connection and no tracking or advertising cookies. We process only the data needed to deliver a session you order and to keep the site secure.
Data controller
The controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act is Softatjeh ApS, Skibhusvej 69, 5000 Odense, Denmark. For any privacy matter, write to support@softatjeh.com.
1. Session records
Moving to the payment step in the console, and later pressing the button that says you have paid, each sends one record to our server. It holds a timestamp, the coin mint with its name and ticker, your chosen settings (target volume, duration, wallet count, reply, favorite and follow density, bump rate and holder share), the quoted fee and the deposit address assigned to you. The console then reads the public transaction list of that deposit address so the payment signature can be matched to your session. When you confirm payment, the same details are passed to our internal operations tool so the run can be started. The legal basis is the performance of the contract you enter into by ordering a session (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
2. Data we do not ask for
- Recovery phrases, private keys or message signatures.
- Access to your wallet, its balances or its history.
- Your legal name, phone number or ID documents.
- Card numbers or bank account details.
3. Information on the blockchain
Coin previews and curve status are built from public Solana data that we fetch via an RPC service and open token metadata endpoints. Your SOL transfer and every session trade are written to a public ledger. Neither we nor anyone else can edit or erase those entries, so the rights listed below cannot apply to them.
4. Storage on your own device
To let you resume work, the console remembers the coins you looked at and the options you picked, using your browser's local storage. This list is never sent to us and disappears when you clear the site data. A .txt list of your own replies is parsed locally by the console and never leaves your device. We set no cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising.
5. Technical logs and abuse protection
Each request to our web servers leaves a log entry with the IP address, user agent, time and requested page. We use it to keep the service secure, investigate abuse and fix faults, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). IP addresses are also held briefly in memory to rate-limit repeated submissions. Logs are rotated and deleted after a short period.
6. Support messages
When you email support@softatjeh.com or use the support form, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to deal with follow-ups about the same session. Your data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.
7. Processors and retention
Hosting and RPC providers process data on our behalf under data processing terms and only as needed to run the service. Session records and support messages are kept for as long as the session, payment matching, Danish bookkeeping obligations or a possible dispute require, and are then deleted.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest and receive data you provided in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email support@softatjeh.com. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, at datatilsynet.dk.
9. Updates to this policy
Any revision changes the effective date at the top of this page. The conditions for using the service are in our terms of service.
